Offered for sale here is a rather rare Series 1 equipped with it’s original Truck Cab. 

A chassis up restoration has been carried out over many years, resulting in a very fine, solid and useable Land Rover. 

Used on a south Shropshire shoot for the first 30 years of it’s life this charming old girl has stood up to the test of time incredibly well. 

 

The emphasis was on originality throughout the re-build, the hand painted body is free from filler and is very straight indeed. 

A new bulkhead, road springs, shock absorbers, fuel tank, steering wearables, braking system, canvas roof, seats and more are all newly fitted. As is a replacement military specification engine which is now just about run in and performs beautifully. 

 

Ready to be put back into action or simply enjoyed on high days and holidays, this lovely Land Rover is very much ready to go and would make a welcome addition to any car collection.
