The 410 was the final Bristol produced to use the Chrysler based 5.2 litre V8 engine. Although the engine from previous models remained, other changes were aplenty. Each body panel was subtlety tweaked to ensure a more aerodynamic and curved shape. The push button gear selector from previous models was replaced by a more conventional and reliable mid-mounted gear-lever. The disc braking system was improved dramatically for the first time since it’s introduction in the 406.

 

The car offered for sale here finished in Regency red with full grey leather upholstery, is in remarkably fine order. The coachwork is incredibly straight and original, the paintwork presents very well, the car is totally free from corrosion or any notable blemishes and the interior, although re-trimmed to a high standard some years ago retains it’s opulent and original appearance. 

 

It is clear that this example has been cared for extremely well throughout it’s life. Accompanied by many invoices from Bristol Cars London, the car also benefits from having had a gearbox re-build within recent years.
