Recreation by Renaissance Engineering
Created to the personal specification of Werner Oswald, renowned Frazer Nash specialist.
Every now and again a car comes along that is somehow greater than the sum of its parts. When said car has the aesthetic appeal of a Jaguar C-Type and a driving experience to surpass even its looks, you have a very special car indeed.
MUV 232 is such a car. Built to the personal specification of renowned Frazer Nash specialist Werner Oswald some years ago.
Created to a very high standard & built alongside a genuine C-Type jaguar, MUV 232 shares intricate, original details and key mechanical attributes that are often missed when building cars of this nature.
Currently set up for fast road use, the car is fitted with disc brakes to the front, drum brakes to the rear, and a five speed gearbox.
Equipped with a subtlety tuned and expertly set up 3.4 litre engine, producing in the region of 210bhp. The driving experience is simply sublime, and is far superior to any c-type recreation i have driven to date. In fact this cars current owner tried more than ten examples before deciding on this particular car.
A recent FIA inspection highlighted that upon the fitment of drum brakes to the front and a correct Moss gearbox, HTP papers may be obtained.
A correct Moss gearbox and fully assembled drum brakes are to be sold with the car.
A little more on the all important details which set this car apart from many others of its kind.
