1972 Ford Capri MK1 - Fully Restored 

1300L Manual  

 

Offered for sale here, a much loved and thoroughly restored early example of the ever popular Mark 1 Ford Capri. 

 

This car has been subject to a full re-build, this was completed in 2015 and consisted of the following being replaced;

 

- Floor pan

- Sills

- Body panels 

- Wings

- Arches 

- Suspension 

- Brakes

- Clutch

- Engine rebuild 

- New Rostyle alloy wheels & Pirelli tyres

- And naturally, a full respray

 

Following the enormous amount of work, the car is left looking extremely impressive and performing exactly as it should. 

The underside of the car, under the bonnet & inside the boot is as pristine as the rest of it. It really has seen very little use since it was lavished with attention in 2015. 

  

Performance from it's 1,300 cc engine is strong and the gearbox is superb, offering slick and very precise changes. Overall it's a little gem to drive. 

 

Finished in white with a black vinyl roof and upholstery, this car is absolutely ready to be enjoyed as we approach the summer months and is sure to make a welcome addition to any collection. 

 

You simply could not re-create this for the asking price, the previous owner of five years really did go to town when preparing this motorcar.
